Nonprofit Navigator
Operations platform for nonprofits

Run your whole nonprofit from one place.

The programs, the pantry, the donors, the grants, the books — one secure backbone instead of a dozen disconnected tools.

12integrated modules
1platform, one source of truth
100%your data, your branding

Most nonprofits run on spreadsheets and a drawer full of point tools. Nonprofit Navigator replaces the drawer.

It's a single operations platform that connects the work most tools keep apart — case management and program delivery, food and materials distribution, donations and grant tracking, volunteers, and real double-entry accounting. Enter something once; it flows everywhere it's needed, from the intake form to the general ledger.

The toolkit

Everything your operation needs, on one platform.

Turn on only the modules you use. Each one is built from real nonprofit work, not a generic CRM bent to fit.

Programs

Projects & Work Orders

Intake to completion — applications, applicant profiles, work orders, and status history for home repair, disaster recovery, and direct-service programs. A general case-management layer is rolling out.

Distribution

Warehouse & Distribution

Inventory with full chain-of-custody, hard-hold reservations, and donor-accountability reporting — with a partner network (rolling out) that routes needs between locations.

Food program

Food Distribution

Weekly allocation across community hubs, invoice-scan intake, FIFO batch tracking, and the meals-served and families-served metrics your funders ask for.

Assistance

Assistance Programs

Enrollment, eligibility, benefit cards, spend tracking, and wellbeing follow-up — one engine for rent relief, utility assistance, gas cards, groceries, or disaster stipends. Run it as your program: VHF calls theirs Community Cares.

Giving

Donations

Per-gift truth, donor histories, tax receipts, and in-kind tracking — reconciled straight into the ledger, not a separate silo.

Funding

Grants & Accounting

Grant budgets, spend allocation across programs, deadline alerts, and a real finance spine with journal entries and category alignment.

People

Volunteers

Signups, shifts, group scheduling, hours tracking, and onboarding — with the public volunteer portal included.

Team

HR & Messaging

Employee records, PTO accrual, timesheets, performance notes, and internal team messaging — one place for your staff, too.

Assistant

AI Assistant

An in-app assistant that can pull reports, update records, and answer questions across your data — scoped to each user's permissions.

Documents

Digital Signatures

Send documents for e-signature with a tamper-evident certificate — for handbooks, applicant agreements, and consent forms.

Signals

Notifications

A per-user notification center plus grant-deadline and program alerts, so nothing important slips between the cracks.

Public

Data Dashboard

A public impact dashboard and donor-facing pages that read from the same live numbers your team works in every day.

Under the hood

Real fund accounting — not a ledger bolted on.

The books are true double-entry and audit-ready, so most organizations can retire QuickBooks entirely. The back-office parts other platforms leave out are already here.

Books

Replaces QuickBooks

A real general ledger with chart of accounts, journal entries, and financial statements — fund accounting built for nonprofits, not retrofitted from small-business software.

Payroll

Payroll — W-2 & 1099

Run staff and contractor pay, track wages and taxes, and post it straight to the ledger and the right grant — no re-keying between systems.

Banking

Bank feeds & reconciliation

Connect your bank, auto-match transactions to expenses and invoices, and reconcile in a triage inbox instead of a spreadsheet.

Audit

Grant audit packets

Every grant report freezes to an immutable snapshot with its source documents attached — hand an auditor a packet, not a scramble.

Calendar

Shared calendar

Work days, distributions, shifts, and deadlines on one calendar that reads from the same records your team already keeps.

Security

Security by default

Two-factor authentication, default-deny permissions scoped per user, and encrypted secrets at rest — the posture funders and boards expect.

How it works

Your own space on a shared, secure backbone.

Nonprofit Navigator is co-hosted: every organization gets an isolated deployment, and you pay for capability, not a per-seat treadmill.

01

An isolated deployment

Your own database, your own web address, your own branding. Your data is never mixed with another organization's.

02

Only the modules you need

Start with programs and giving; add distribution, HR, or the AI assistant when you're ready. Nothing you don't use.

03

We host and maintain it

Updates, backups, and security are handled for you. No servers to run, no plugins to babysit.

04

Connect when it helps

As the partner network rolls out, hubs will route needs to each other across it — so partner organizations can actually work together, not just alongside.

Built by a nonprofit, for nonprofits.

Nonprofit Navigator didn't start as a product. It started as the system Valley Hope Foundation built to run its own home-repair, food-distribution, and community-care programs — because nothing off the shelf fit. It runs real operations every day. Now we co-host it for peer organizations who are tired of stitching together tools that were never meant to talk to each other.

Get started

See it running on your programs.

Tell us what your organization does and where the current tools hurt. We'll show you a demo mapped to your actual work — and what a deployment would look like.
